„Der junge, ohne Holz hergestellte weiße Vino Blanco 2017 ist eine
Mischung aus Trauben aus verschiedenen Parzellen mit
unterschiedlichen Böden, Expositionen und Höhen von Quiroga bis
Doade.
Alle Trauben wurden am selben Tag gepflückt, durchliefen eine 24-
Stunden-Mazeration mit den Schalen und konnten sich dann zwei Tage
lang setzten. Der Wein fermentierte dann in rostfreiem Stahl und reifte
dort etwa sechs Monate lang. Es ist aus einem reifen Jahr mit etwas
weniger Säure. Die Ernte war sehr schnell und die Weine sind rund und
unmittelbar; Sie waren auch sehr früh fertig.
Er ist zugänglich und leicht zu trinken.
Er hat ein bisschen weniger Godello - 70% statt 75% - und ein bisschen
mehr Albariño, was einen Funken Säure verleiht.
Rund 8.500 Flaschen wurden im Frühjahr 2018 abgefüllt. “

“The young unoaked white 2017 Vino Blanco is a blend of grapes from different plots with different soils, expositions and altitudes from Quiroga to Doade. All of the grapes were picked on the same day, went through a 24-hour maceration with the skins and then were left to settle for two days; the wine then fermented in stainless and matured there for around six months. It's from a ripe year with a tad less acidity. The harvest was very quick, and the wines are round and immediate; they were also ready very early. This is approachable and easy to drink. There's a bit less Godello—70% rather than 75%—and a little more Albariño, which gives a spark of acidity. Some 8,500 bottles that were filled in the spring of 2018.“
