"Der neue Weißwein 2021 El Val stammt von einem der coolsten Orte in Valtuille, mit Reben, die auf den alten Klon Godello umgepfropft wurden. Er hat 12,48 % Alkohol, sehr gute Parameter für Säure und Frische und ein gleichmäßiges Gefühl am Gaumen. Er stammt von alten Reben auf Lehm-, Stein- und Quarzitböden und wurde in einem 500-Liter-Fass vergoren, wo der Wein 11 Monate lang auf der Hefe reifte, die nie gerührt wurde. Er ist super elegant, sehr sauber, präzise, ​​symmetrisch und abgegrenzt, transparent, harmonisch und elegant, wie ein Grand Cru Burgunder. Bravo! Der Preis ist hoch und spiegelt Knappheit, aber auch Qualität wider. Es geht über die Appellation und die Sorte hinaus. Es wurden nur 521 Flaschen produziert. Die Abfüllung erfolgte im August 2022.

"The new white 2021 El Val comes from one of the coolest places in Valtuille—the same place as a new white for the family firm Castro Ventosa—with vines regrafted to old-clone Godello.
