"Der zugänglichste ihrer aus traditionellen Trauben hergestellten Rotweine ist der 2023 Vermell. Ab diesem Jahr besteht er ausschließlich aus 70 % Mandó und 30 % Arcos und enthält keine Garnacha Tintorera mehr. Er wurde mit einer Portion Volltrauben und einheimischen Hefen in Edelstahl vergoren und reifte vier Monate lang in alten unterirdischen Tinajas. Er ist heller und eleganter, mit einem moderaten Alkoholgehalt von 12 % und einem pH-Wert von 3,6. Er ist noch sehr jung und wirkt, wie alle Rotweine aus dem Jahr 2023, zunächst etwas reduziert, aber rein, nackt und nähert sich dem Profil von Safrà an als jeder andere Jahrgang. Es ist sehr frisch und leicht, mit roten Früchten und einem kreidigen Gefühl. Es ist sehr zugänglich. Es ist dieses Jahr ein etwas kürzerer Schnitt, aber der eleganteste aller Zeiten. Dieser Wein ist ein Volltreffer und ein echtes Schnäppchen. 30.000 Flaschen produziert. Die Abfüllung erfolgte im September 2024."

"The most approachable of their range of reds made with traditional grapes is the 2023 Vermell. Starting this year, it is made is exclusively from 70% Mandó and 30% Arcos and doesn't have any Garnacha Tintorera anymore. It fermented with a portion of full clusters and indigenous yeasts in stainless steel and matured in old underground tinajas for four months. It's paler and more elegant, with a moderate 12% alcohol and a pH of 3.6. It's still very young and, like all the reds from 2023, feels a little reductive at first but with purity, naked and getting to a profile closer to Safrà than any other vintage. It's very fresh and light, with red fruit and a chalky feeling. It's very approachable. It's a slightly shorter crop this year but the most elegant ever. This wine is a great hit and a real bargain. 30,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in September 2024."
